SPArties Mobile Spa hosts a lot of different type events where we are exposed to many different cultures and customs. We recently had the great pleasure to participate in a Korean wedding for some great friends.

The food was not your typical "wedding food," but rather was catered by Poongnyun Korea Market and Catering in Palisades Park, NJ. The experience was so memorable and unique that is prompted us to share a little but more about them with our readers. This is a great idea for those of you who may be looking for something different, or simply know and love Asian cuisine and want to make it a part of your events or regular diet.

"Poongnyun," which means "Great Autumn Harvest" carries Japanese, Korean, or Chinese food.

Kimchi: Spicy to mild pickled cucumbers, radishes and cabbage.

Assorted Varieties of Dumplings, Sushi, Sashimi, Tofu are also available and a wide array of Rice Cake Desserts, which are ideal for those with wheat allergies since many items are made with rice flour!

For those with dairy allergies, Poongnyun is the place to be, since most dishes are free of milk and cheese, although some items do contain eggs.

Poongnyun offers catering for groups from 20 to 500 or more and will deliver right to your event. They are also great for take out or eating in and they even welcome specialty and wholesale orders!

Carbonite Saved the Day - and EVERYTHING Else!

This past Friday SPArties Mobile Spa computer system completely crashed and the entire hard drive needed to be reformatted - which basically means all of the programs, files, documents, e-mails, favorites, photos, videos, etc. would all be gone... unless it was backed up. Fortunately not less than a month ago we switched to a new backup service called Carbonite. The price and ease of use was what attracted us most - $50 per year! Yes, not per week, per month -- per YEAR...a VERY small price to pay to save your entire company's documentation and rest assured knowing you'd be up and running in no time!

Little did we know how soon we'd be using it. As soon as our hard drive crashed on Friday, within minutes, we were able to move over to our other laptops and access our files through Carbonite. While our system was being rebuilt over the weekend, we were able to restore EVERY single file through Carbonite within minutes. We retrieved it all...every last bit, all documents, all photos, all artwork, all videos, all e-mails, even our bookmarked favorites! All I can say is Carbonite is by FAR my very favorite product ever...it did what is said and was worth every penny! I recommend this product to EVERY one, whether you are a business owner or not... If you own a computer, you NEED this. $50 is a small price to pay to save those vaulable vacation photos or your baby's first smile photos that you may never retrieve again if your computer were to crash! And if you ARE a business owner - it is ESSENTIAL. No equipment, no time backing up files, no saavy technical skills required (it runs in the background for you). It's simply the best thing ever and every one of you NEEDS this!
