Therapearl Hot/Cold Packs...You HAVE to Try These!

SPArties Mobile Spa is contacted daily by vendors who want us to buy and use their products; but in a recent ironic twist, we were contacted by a company who actually wanted to hire US to promote their product, Therapearl Hot/Cold packs.

The folks at Therapearl hired us to provide spa services while using their products, at a large beauty distributorship. Upon our arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find a GREAT product to work with!

Being seasoned massage therapists and estheticians, we have worked with and are privvy to, countless products in the spa and salon industry to choose from. We were NOT hired to talk about or promote the product, that's what the Therapearl people were there for; we were simply there to use them - but we can't say ENOUGH about how wonderful these products are! We quickly went from being the ones who were paid and hired, to inquiring about how soon WE can order OUR first shipment and add them to our SPArties Mobile Spa menu!

Did you know that SPArties is a federally trademarked term, registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office? Our federal registration number is 2957068. That's what the little ® that you see on all of our material means.

What Does This Mean To You? Nothing, unless you try or want to use the term for your own business, product or service...YOU CAN'T! Unless you are one of our clients promoting your event, or a registered reseller of OUR products and services, using our business to service your events, you CAN NOT use the term SPArty/SPArties in ANY way, shape, or form on ANY of your material - printed, verbally, electronically...NOTHING!

"SPArty" or "SPArties" is NOT a word or term. It is NOT found in a dictionary. It is NOT a common noun, but rather a PROPER noun - a "name" that we use, and that has been federally trademarked, and we own the rights to. It does not matter how you do your taxes, or how you have your business set up (such as an LLC, S Corp, C Corp etc.), or the U.S. geographic state that you operate your product or service in. It is a term that we have FEDERALLY trademarked and own. It is a BRAND, such as NIKE or Juicy is. It works just like bigger names such as AVON, Macys, IBM, Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks, or Dell, and our trademark carries the same weight and value as theirs does. Just as you can't open a business, start a service, or product that you would use any of those names/terms in, you CAN'T use ours!

Such actions will include, but are not limited, cease and desist against your business and all marketing/promotional and corporate identity materials such as menus, web sites, domain names and e-mails addresses, postcards, signage, etc. and also recovery of any fees that you benefited from by charging the public, while using our name. SPArties Mobile Spa is pleased to spread the word about another great cause and event...Project Ladybug and their Denim and Diamonds Ladies Night Out, on June 1,2009 at the Brownstone in Paterson, NJ.
